• Shingles, siding & soffit. 20% refund
• Exterior millwork: Exterior steel/wood doors, windows, decking, railing, etc. 20% refund
• Interior millwork: Doors, molding, baseboard & casing. 20% refund
• Finish goods: Cabinets, vanities & counter tops. 20% refund
• Assumed drywall & insulation are installed packages.
